Before becoming a travel agent, I travel the world with my parents, I was an army brat, then an army wife. After my husband honorable discharged, we still travel due to the traveling bug. Due to work related injuries I decided to make traveling my life. I now wounder why I didn't do it sooner.
God is first in my life, family, then my job, I have been bless that my clients have expanded quickly, in which I have been able to learn a lot in a short amount of time. I am going to use this blog to write my experiences in starting an travel agency and what I have learn in the travel business. I am hoping the knowledge will help others. In no way am I telling you that the way I run my business or travel is the best way, but this is the best decision for my company and clients. In my business, my current clients are priority, and potential clients are secondary. While a client is vacationing, I am available by phone for emergencies. Service is very importance to me. I believe that my clients should be able to put their feet up before they vacation and let the travel agent do the work for them.
